On behalf of the homeowners of the centinela homeowners association I wanted to thank your firm for the outstanding job you did with the remodel of our town home in Santa Monica. Not only does the exterior of the building look like it did the day it was originally built, your hard working team of employees and subcontractors were extremely professional, timely, neat and cautious.
In addition, we appreciate how accessible you made yourself throughout the project and how quickly and professional you always responded to questions and inquiries by the homeowners.
Choosing a contractor is a difficult process when deciding to move forward with a construction project and we are truly thankful for your through explanations of the job, detailed pricing of each step and the peace of mind of having skilled workers on the job. If was certainly nice not worrying if workers were going to show each day, if they were going to finish on time and on budget.
